These Terms govern your access to and use of Postifys, a web-based service for connecting social media accounts and managing authorized publishing workflows.
Use of the service
You may use Postifys only for accounts, Pages, profiles, and content you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms, developer policies, content rules, and rate limits.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Postifys may require email verification before access is granted.
Connected platforms
Postifys connects to platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and TikTok through official OAuth and API flows. We only perform platform actions after authorization by the account owner or an approved user. Platform access may be limited, suspended, or changed by the platform providers.
Publishing and automation
You are responsible for content submitted through Postifys, including captions, media URLs, scheduling settings, and selected destinations. You must not use Postifys for spam, impersonation, deceptive activity, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass platform limits.
Availability
We work to keep Postifys reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. API changes, platform review status, rate limits, hosting issues, or maintenance may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
Postifys is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, account restrictions, or failed publishing caused by third-party platform changes or user configuration errors.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Postifys after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
